What counts as a 'unit'?

A unit is a rentable space — an apartment, a vacation rental, a room in a house. A duplex counts as 2 units. A single-family home counts as 1 unit. Pricing is based on active units, not properties.
Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. The free tier is permanent for 1 unit. No credit card required, no time limit, no trial expiry. It's not a trial — it's the free plan.
What happens if I exceed my unit limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade. We don't silently charge you more or lock you out. You choose when to upgrade.
Can I import data from a spreadsheet?

Yes. CSV import is available on Host and above. We provide downloadable templates for properties, units, and transactions. Upload once, you're done.
Does Estavo collect rent on my behalf?

No. Estavo is a financial operations platform — it tracks what goes in and out, but does not process tenant payments. You collect rent through your existing process; Estavo records it.
Can I cancel at any time?
